Ordnance Repair Depot of 4806th Factory of the Chinese PLA is the key enterprise of Ningbo Haigong (Group) Company and the medium enterprise of Navy.
The factory was established in 1961, covers an area of 150,000 square meters and building area of 6.4,000 square meters. The factory is located in Haibin of Beilun Ningbo, is adjacent to deepwater port-Beilun Port, is facing Daxie Island Development Zone across the sea, and No329 national highway passes by the factory, with easy traffic.
The factory insists on the policy of “people-oriented, sincere management, quality first and serve for industry”, and the target of “High quality civil product in consumers, highest quality level military product in China. It has successively developed electromechanical products such as: DBJ-621/623 mechanical and electronic automatic variable mixer, SCY, WHM series horizontal honing machine, four-axis mutual abrasion machine, electrical and textile, etc. Among them the mixer has been awarded high quality product for many times by Navy; the horizontal honing machine and the mutual abrasion machine obtained Ningbo science and technology progress award of Zhejiang Province and national new product award in 1994; WHM200 precision honing machine and S-QZ60-1400 automatic hydraulic shearing machine are the main export products of our factory. The development of horizontal honing machine started earlier; the machine is on the leading position in China and is an ideal substitution to imported ones. It is widely applied to middle-small hole precision machining in the industries such as: aviation, aerospace, automobile, motorcycle, fuel injection pump and nozzle, industrial sewing machine, precision die, air-conditioning refrigeration, hydraulic and pneumatic, bearing, brass instruments, military industry, and so on. The product is exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Western Europe and North America, etc. in recent years, and favored by consumers at home and abroad.
